psalms 23 - a new look
i love wat pastor preached today.
i never saw psalms 23 in this way before. so fresh n so Jesus orientated.
n everything is so clearly disected n shown thru e word.
like when we praise Him in e second-person point of view(hereby refered to as POV), it's in circumstances when we are blessed n we give testimony to Him. verse 1-3 shows it very clearly. how e psalmist says "He will, He will..." in e 2nd person POV.
then from verse 4-6, we can see tat e psalmist is in trouble. n he goes to God direct. i love darlene's version of this verse as she dedicates it to David n how when David fails, he always runs to God first n foremost, personally, straight into e throne room. ppl, tat wat we HAVE. n RIGHTFULLY OWN. we INHERITED the RIGHT to be IN the throne room with Daddy God. cos Jesus gave up His kinship for us to enjoy tat kinGship.
k, back to pastor's msg. n best part? God just wants us to be sheep. baa.............

as u can see, i'm quite high. on wat?? heck, i dun know. maybe e fever has gotten to a temperature uncontrollable. hahaha. kk, i reject tat in Jesus name!! :p
anyway, seriously, to look at it more closely, it give an indication to our position in Christ, doesn't it?? being His sheep, n not a smart-alerk but-ing goat. :)
k, dun know wat else to type. but just wanna say tis, our trust is in e goodness of e Lord. for His grace n mercies endures forever.
